Dear all,
I have enjoyed the Big Meet on Saturday, even if I did not run The Hollow's Chronicles in the end. If the 7th Sea Adventures game was great the fact that the upstairs of the pub was like the inside of a fridge was less so.
The latter was a major motivation to call off my game - I had had a busy week at work and was pretty tired too.
Leaving relatively early allowed Adam and I to catch a train, an actual train not a "bus replacement service", back to Nott'm.
It was nice to see the old gang. Despite all the encouragement, I have successfully managed not to enter into the 4e discussion.
Good sparring from Andrew and Adam though!
Paul I know you are looking for a D&D/Pathfinder RPG game in Nottingham but right now the two games I am running are full. The other Pathfinder RPG games being run at Vague Connections that I know of are also likely full.
Andrew and I mentioned an EMRPGG member called Greg, I think it is this member. He played with us once in my River into Darkness game. As mentioned to you, it is highly likely that he now plays, or run games, at the Nottingham Trent University RPG society. You may try to contact him. He seemed to be a lot into Pathfinder RPG at the time.
If you wanted to run a game at Vague Connections, talk to Andrew for a gaming table and some help with finding players. I could help you with setting-up the event, game pages and game thread on the website of course.
I will set-up the December Big Meet calendar event and thread later this week.
