I wasn't suprised to find you've moved on from Meetup when I dropped in to catch up this morning.
Just a few words to (re)introduce myself. I joined the group shortly after it was formed having had my schoolboy interest in tabletop RPGs rekindled by the computer driven variety. I enjoyed some of the earlier monthly games in Derby until work got in the way of regular weekend stuff. I was also part of the original Burton gang (as that was where I lived at the time) and enjoyed many superb Serenity sessions at the Cooper's with Jim and Co. When I moved away from Burton other projects took priority including a rather bonkers charity project which reawakened my interest in music and raised over £2000 for a well known Cancer charity. I now play bass guitar witha pub rock covers band. I also run and am working up to a couple of half marathons this year.
I live in Loughborough in Leicestershire with my wife Jilly (we married in October) and having a little more free time would like to look at getting involved with gaming again.
