Dear Players,
River into Darkness is about to finish on November 6th, in fact depending on the party's choices, it could end on a diplomacy skill-check.
The Saturday game is meant to be a non standard Pathfinder RPG session. ((River Into Darkness|River Into Darkness) for instance has been played with Advanced Player's Guide classes only.
After River into Darkness, I propose to run a Level 17 adventure called The Witchwar Legacy. Follow the link to the Paizo website. Greg A. Vaughan is a good author, he wrote high-level material back in the days of "Dungeon Magazine".
As usual, if you want to know more about Irrisen, Paizo's take on the myth of Baba Yaga, and the world of Golarion in general, "Vague Connections" could sell you books such as Pathfinder Chronicles: Campaign Setting and the Pathfinder Chronicles: Gazetteer.
This would be run only with standard classes (no APG elements). We can discuss prestige classes of course. Again I have never run a high-level adventure so I would rather limit the complexity and min-maxing opportunities.
If you are interested in shorter adventures, I have the entire first season of the Pathfinder Society scenarios to play. These are technically three to four hours adventures, so at worst it would take us two session to go through one, and start another.
These would not be campaign style, thus would call for new characters every time, in turn allowing to sample classes you would never play in a long running campaign. The levels are scalable, in the sense that the adventure design can accommodate power tiers. The low level tier is LV1-LV3 for instance.
If you fancy a specific Pathfinder adventure found on the Paizo website, I could run it for you too.
The only thing the Saturday game will not be is a new campaign.
